- Supervises sampling inspection to assure that the product meets the customer requirements.
- Checks and summarizes monthly data of non conformances found during product sampling inspection.
- Verifies defects/ non conformances encountered by production to ensure quality.
- Creates and maintains company quality documentation, such as procedures, work instructions, forms, etc.
- Leads material or tool evaluation to ensure conformance to customer/ process requirements.
- Issues Corrective Action Report for all non conformance found in a process.
- Monitors and verifies the implementation, effectiveness, and closure of Corrective Action on non-conformance such as process non-conformity feedback and others.
- Communicates and works cooperatively with Production and QA personnel such as Engineer, Asst. Supervisor, Supervisor and Manager to meet daily shipment target.
- Attends regular status meeting with staff, supervisor and manager.
- Maintains rapport to all levels in the organization.
- Supports the management's implementation of company policies, rules and regulations.
- Prepares report for quality/ operations performance review.
- Supports and assists in generating corrective/risk assessment/management for all quality issues encountered.
- Assists in communication with customer relating to quality issues/problems encountered.
- Assists in approval of NG data sheet prior to sending.
- Conducts verification of the effectiveness of implemented corrective action.
- Conducts performance evaluation of subordinates and discusses results.
- Participates in continual improvement of the organization.
- Reviews and updates department FMEA or Risk Registry Log.
- Performs limited complex task/work in a support role or work under close supervision of higher level engineer or immediate superior.
- Performs related functions as deemed necessary by the superiors.
