KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Business Development: Identify and create new business opportunities through research, networking, and client outreach.
  • Customer Engagement: Consult with clients to understand their challenges and goals, offering tailored IT solutions to meet their needs.
  • Product Presentation: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and webinars to showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Proposal Creation: Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals successfully.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical and support teams to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, maintaining regular communication to drive repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective planning and execution.
  • CRM Management: Track opportunities and activities in CRM systems to ensure accurate reporting and pipeline management.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Event Participation: Attend vendor-sponsored training, industry events, and company activities to expand your network and product knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B solution sales, preferably within the IT or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and develop effective, customized solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and training as needed.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with ERP platforms like Odoo, NetSuite, or similar systems.
  • Knowledge of cloud solutions (e.g., Google Cloud Platform).
  • Experience with project management or IT consultancy.
