-Painting walls, ceiling, and exterior walls. Oiling door knobs, locks, hinges, and gates as required.

-Repairing and unclogging toilet, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains. Replacing carpets and wood floors. Installing and repairing wires, plug, and switches.

-Tracking inventory to ensure adequate maintenance supplies. Ensuring fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, and emergency exits remain in excellent working condition.

-Unlocking apartments in instances where tenants have lost or forgotten their keys. Scheduling repairs that require special technical skills.

Qualification:

-Must have knowledge and skills in repairing Aircon, Washing Machine, Refrigerator (Appliances)

--Willing to make trips to other properties of company in Metro Manila. (Paranaque and Makati)

-Preferably with own motorcycle

Benefits:

Duty every day is 8hrs (18k-19k)
