â–¡ Job Positions

  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the Mechanical construction team, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project.
  • Identify, select, and manage subcontractors and suppliers for various construction activities.
  • Collaborate with procurement team to negotiate contracts and ensure competitive pricing.
  • Monitor the performance of subcontractors and suppliers, resolving any issues or disputes.
  • Participate in the Request for Tender (RFT) process and evaluate bids from potential subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Review and analyze tender submissions, making recommendations for awarding contracts.
  • Drive cost-effective procurement strategies while ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Oversee and manage all Mechanical construction activities for electro-mechanic industrial factory project.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for Mechanical construction works.
  • Coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and successful execution of Mechanical construction activities.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents related to Mechanical works.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards in Mechanical construction activities.
  • Monitor and enforce safety regulations and best practices on-site to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality control assessments of Mechanical works to maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Manage and optimize the allocation of resources, equipment, and materials for Mechanical construction activities.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges related to Mechanical construction works.
  • Collaborate closely with other construction teams (electrical, mechanical, etc.) to ensure smooth integration of Mechanical works with overall project deliverables.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between project stakeholders, team members, and external parties involved in Mechanical construction.
  • Prepare regular progress reports, including cost tracking and schedule updates, for project management and stakeholders.
  • Prepare Safety Work Method Statement and other completion documentation.
  • Foster strong relationships with the client, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Provide regular project updates to the client, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
  • Build a cohesive and motivated construction team, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Continuously identify and implement innovative construction methodologies and technologies.
  • Explore opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices

â–¡ Qualification and Experience

  • Experience of related field.
  • Having valid PRC license(PME)
  • Extensive knowledge of construction project management principles and practices.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mechanical construction, preferably within the Industrial factory project.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience with industrial construction projects would be highly advantageous.

  • Strong understanding of Mechanical engineering principles, including site preparation, foundation design, and structural engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions.
