Kenvue is currently recruiting for-
Customer Development Manager - Watsons
This position reports to Group Manager - Sales and is based in Paranaque, Philippines
This role will be primarily responsible for supporting the Watsons account, supervising the sales team within the assigned territory. The incumbent will provide leadership, guidance, and customer product expertise to ensure that all sales activities are aligned with established sales goals. At this level, the role includes increased responsibilities, such as handling multiple lines/products and diverse teams.

What You Will Do
  • Manage the sales team responsible for the Watson account and ensure high-quality performance across the assigned territory.
  • Ensures sales activities are in compliance with all federal/national, state, local and company regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Adds value to the team by being providing a high level of Customer understanding, business effectiveness and agile business solutions.
  • Works with enabling functions and Supply Chain to ensure profitable and sustainable day-to-day operations
  • Connects effectively with Brand and Shopper Marketing departments to ensure strategies come to life in trade via timely/winning execution
  • Meets or exceeds established results and leadership KPI's
  • Establishes strong partnership and maintains contact with key personnel from the customers
  • Administers promotions and incentives and provides motivation as needed.
  • Ensures sales activities are in compliance with all federal/national, state, local and company regulations.
  • Creates daily, weekly, monthly activity and productivity reports. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for increased productivity and sales on both a group and individual level.
  • Leads specific sales events or projects to improve sales performance.
  • Works closely with sales manager to implement annual/quarterly sales plan and necessary

Required Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree; preferably with a background in Sales and Retail Operations.
  • Uses creativity and innovation to develop solutions to complex problems.
  • At least 3-5 years of work-related experience
  • Must be an Expert in Customer Understanding, Negotiation Skills and Business Effectiveness. He / she must strongly be Solutions-Oriented
  • Must be able to manage direct reports, as well as manage up
  • Must be able to mentor, coach, guide the team in achieving not just results and leadership KPI's, but also to ensure team health
