Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Membership Consultant role located in Paranaque. The Membership Consultant will be responsible for engaging with prospective members to promote membership benefits, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with membership sales. This role also involves building strong relationships with current members, helping them navigate their health and fitness journey, and supporting the broader sales and operations of the gym.
Qualifications- Proven skills in Membership Sales and Membership management
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Experience in Sales and a passion for achieving targets
- Ability to build relationships and inspire members to achieve fitness goals
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to work in a dynamic, results-driven environment
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; a background in fitness or sales is a plus
- Familiarity with fitness industry trends and services is an advantage
