ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to provide support to client teams across select digital disciplines. This includes being able to multitask, solve problems, manage multiple timelines, and work across functions on occasion. A successful team contributor will perform tactical tasks effectively and with minimal supervision, develop collaborative relationships with team members, display communication, and act proactively.

WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Perform the following account management duties:
  • Research and complete any necessary research to fulfill campaign needs and achieve target KPIs
  • Complete keyword and ad copy development for paid search campaigns, develop responsive or dynamic creative for display/video/PMAX, DemandGen, and social advertising; execute with great attention to detail and in line with best practices
  • Optimize and monitor the day-to-day assigned accounts, with a specialized focus on direct response and performance across Google, Microsoft, and Meta platforms
  • Build campaigns and execute tactics necessary for the proper management of campaigns to achieve target KPIs
  • Monitor and stay on top of optimization recommendations and budget pacing
  • Assist with the optimization of campaigns to improve performance at both the macro (account) and micro (individual location campaign) levels
  • Complete all reporting needs on time and with accuracy
  • Compile performance results on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis with analysis for client presentations; will not necessarily be in a client-facing position
  • Ensure overall delivery meets high standards of excellence, avoiding errors that result in refunded ad spend or management fees
  • Handle account optimization requests and recommendations for individual campaigns according to service level agreements; collaborate with the local advisor team to relay important campaign information to customers
  • Learn in-house management tools to assist in the day-to-day workload across accounts
  • Perform the following additional duties:
  • Assist in managing client relationships by occasionally presenting performance results
  • Remain on top of the digital marketing industry and stay up to date on the evolution of services and tools
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor's degree in the related field is preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in direct response, performance-based ROI campaigns
  • Experience in a client-facing role is preferred
  • Relevant industry certifications are ideal
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Advertising Platform (search, display, video, PMAX, Demand Gen, shopping, and social media experience preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and the use of formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP's
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Analytical ability to sort through data and find solutions to challenges
  • Positive attitude with an aptitude for solutions
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
