☑️ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
☑️ At least 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, construction materials, or B2B sales.
☑️ Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including specifications, materials, and project management.
☑️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical clients.
☑️ Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM software.
☑️ Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory and conduct regular site visits.
☑️ Ability to speak English, Bisaya, and Tagalog is a plus.
Responsibilities
☑️ Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and project managers to drive product awareness and sales.
☑️ Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
☑️ Assist clients in product selection, ensuring project specifications and industry standards compliance.
☑️ Work closely with the design and engineering teams to provide tailored solutions for different construction projects.
☑️ Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with the internal sales and operations teams.
☑️ Monitor ongoing projects and support clients during installation and after-sales service.
☑️ Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

Compensation Package: PHP 23,000-25,000 (Base + Commission)
