As part of a growing network in the food and restaurant sector, we are seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our restaurant operations and drive business growth.????????????

Job Purpose

The COO will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Tuna Republik Franchise branches under PERA Prime Corporation. This role ensures alignment with the franchisor standards while driving business performance, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.

What Are We Looking For

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field

✅ Preferably with a Master's Degree or MBA

✅ Must have at least five (5) years of managerial experience in restaurant or hospitality industry

✅ Proficient in financial planning, budgeting, inventory management and cost control

✅ Possesses excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills

✅ Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a diverse team

Primary Job Accountabilities:

???? Leads the departments and the day-to-day operations of all Tuna Republik branches to ensure operational efficiency and consistent customer experience

???? Enforce adherence to all franchisor guidelines, operational manuals, brand standards, and system protocols

???? Lead, mentor, and evaluate store managers and area supervisors and build a high-performing operations team

???? Conducts budgeting for projects, including monitoring and controlling cost

???? Create and implement operational strategies aligned with corporate goals and expansion plans.

???? Tackles unforeseen issues and troubleshooting, identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives

???? Monitors the competitive landscape and attends industry events to stay abreast of new initiative and ways to stay ahead

???? Prepare and present regular operational reports and performance updates to the President and Board of Directors

???? Do other related duties and responsibilities that impact to furthering the business development goals of the company

Work Location:

???? Head Office at San Francisco, Agusan del Sur (w/ frequent travels to Tuna Republik Branches)

Work Schedule:

⏲️ Full-time | Monday to Saturday (Flexible)

Salary Range:

???? P40,000 - P50,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)

???? President, PERA Prime Corporation
