Job title: TAC Support Lv 1

Job type: Project-based

Work setup: Onsite

Location: Novaliches, Quezon City

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage large-scale in-country data center operations, ensuring 24x7 service in rotating shifts
  • Monitor infrastructure and act as Level 1 escalation for onsite incidents, providing remote and onsite assistance within SLA
  • Document requests and updates on the internal ticketing system
  • Ensure ITIL compliance for incident, problem, and change management
  • Enforce safety, security, and customer support policies
  • Coordinate with contractors/vendors and inspect completed work
  • Support preventive/reactive maintenance with minimal disruption
  • Assist in internal/external audits and generate reports as needed

Contract Length:

  • 6 months (subject to renewal/extension)
