Job title: TAC Support Lv 1
Job type: Project-based

Location: Novaliches, Quezon City
Job responsibilities:
- Manage large-scale in-country data center operations, ensuring 24x7 service in rotating shifts
- Monitor infrastructure and act as Level 1 escalation for onsite incidents, providing remote and onsite assistance within SLA
- Document requests and updates on the internal ticketing system
- Ensure ITIL compliance for incident, problem, and change management
- Enforce safety, security, and customer support policies
- Coordinate with contractors/vendors and inspect completed work
- Support preventive/reactive maintenance with minimal disruption
- Assist in internal/external audits and generate reports as needed
Contract Length:
- 6 months (subject to renewal/extension)
