JOB PROFILE

• Handles the day-to-day operations, including onboarding, and managing employee relations, benefits enrolments, 201 file management, monitors employee movements, transfers , regularization, disciplinary actions while also ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in any related course.
• 2 years' experience of being a HR Specialist (Recruitment, Onboarding Records Management and Compliance).
• Labor Relations is a plus.
• Must be willing to work on-site (Estancia Mall, Capitol Commons, Pasig City) and nightshift schedule (EST/CST Timezone).
