Position Overview We are seeking Beginner, Intermediate to Senior AutoCAD Drafters with millwork experience to support the development of detailed, production-ready shop drawings. This role will work closely with project managers, engineers, and manufacturing teams while also collaborating with senior leadership on complex projects. Candidates with leadership experience or the ability to mentor junior drafters will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities Produce detailed AutoCAD shop drawings for architectural millwork and custom fabrication Interpret and translate architectural drawings, specifications, and design intent into accurate technical drawings Ensure all drawings are coordinated, accurate, and production-ready Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and manufacturing teams Review and verify dimensions, field measurements, and constructability Perform material takeoffs and develop cut lists Manage RFIs, revisions, and redline updates efficiently Maintain drawing standards, file organization, and documentation Assist in improving drafting workflows and maintaining engineering standards ( Senior Level) Provide guidance and mentorship to junior drafters and support team coordination Qualifications Minimum of 3+years of experience in AutoCAD drafting (millwork or
