Job Responsibilities:

• Align with project manager on the overall business outcomes for the modules and delivery timelines

• Manages the kick-off process ensuring all necessary resources are available in conjunction with business sponsors

• Monitors assigned projects as per client&aposs SDLC and governance process. Manages the design, testing and deployment process

• Track and reports project implementation progress and budgets to BTS and/or ITSD management per the agreed frequency

• Study and familiarize oneself with the identified solutions, deliverables of ITSD and its dependencies.

• Identify success factors and work closely with the ITSD team to ensure quality and timely delivery of solutions and deliverables. Collaborates and manages vendors, Designers/System Analysts and Developers

• Identifies and logs project issues; oversees the resolution process; and escalates issues when necessary

• Manages, when necessary, re-scopes the projects and updates project plans accordingly

• Manages the project closure ensuring all deliverables are achieved and documented, and relevant lessons learned/case studies are developed

• Assists in selecting and on-going management of vendors/suppliers for supporting selected projects

• Harness project best practices and contribute to the overall knowledge base

• Assist the project manager in managing all activities related to ITSD delivery

• Consult with business partners and all stakeholders to clarify and define project requirements and business case, including development of a statement of work

• Provide inputs to the PM in creating and delivering presentation to top management on project goals and plans, including progress reports

• Ensure compliance of infrastructure and applications with IT standards, policies and guidelines, as well as other financial governing bodies (e.g. Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, AMLA Council, etc.)

• Define and monitor all project key constraints

• Conduct status reviews with ITSD project teams, on a regular basis

• Develop and implement project communication plans with the PM

• Assist in developing and implementing project level processes, procedures and performance metrics

• Assist in coordinating ITSD with all project team members, partners and stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Between 5 and 15 years of experience as full-time project manager (directly managing an application development team) in financial services

• Very conversant with different project management frameworks (e.g. Scrum, PMP, Kanban) and preferably certified

• Demonstrated experience in managing minimally 2 large projects (>

1year, > 30 people, > USD 5mill )

• Good practical knowledge of developing WBS, Risk management, Issue management, Dependency management

• Excellent written/ verbal communication skills
