To engage in, manage and carry on the business of repair, maintenance, warehouse management and such other undertakings in connection with the operation, development, improvement, rehabilitation, administration, management, control and/or operation of every kind of manufacturing, milling, commercial or industrial enterprise, business undertaking, or venture.

Job Qualifications

• Must have NC II in Shielded Metal arc Welding (SMAW) OR Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM)
• With at least 1 year experience in plant maintenance
• Knowledge of electrical systems, motors, pumps, and basic plumbing
• Ability to use hand and power tools efficiently
• Physically fit and willing to work in a hatchery environment
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance of hatchery equipment and machinery
• Ensure proper functioning of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
• Perform welding, carpentry, and other general maintenance tasks as needed
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and spare parts inventory
• Follow safety protocols and company regulations to ensure a safe working environment
