Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with onsite project counterparts to understand customer requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive testing documents to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP Plant Maintenance solutions.
• Create engaging and effective training materials and conduct training sessions as required.
• Facilitate data migration activities to ensure seamless transitions during project implementations.
• Provide remote support and troubleshooting for defects and hypercare findings.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any related field
• At least 3 years of experience as an SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant or in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance module functionality, configuration, and data migration
• Demonstrated ability to create detailed functional specifications, testing documents, and training materials
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with onsite project counterparts
• Willing to relocate in Malaysia
