- Identify, organize, and lead organization-wide projects and initiatives to improve operational effectiveness of the organization. Partner with Tower Leaders and Carelon Global Solutions Stakeholders for E2E process simplification using Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies, leverage common automation initiatives, eliminate process inefficiencies.
- Facilitate Lean Six Sigma trainings such as Champion, Yellow Belt, Green Belt and other continuous improvement trainings required by the business. Educate, coach, and mentor Yellow Belts and Green Belts on Lean Six Sigma tools, methodologies, and their application.
- Plan and successfully execute continuous improvement projects to meet goals and support strategic priorities, delivering recommended improvements with supporting business rationale.
- Serve as catalyst for change by stimulating, communicating, and institutionalizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies and the benefits these capabilities provide. Drive cultural change across the business and support the deployment of Lean Six Sigma program
- Facilitate root cause analysis targeting specific improvement opportunities in the business. Communicate progress through business Excellence forums and other applicable channels.
- Responsible for ensuring the overall success of multiple, cross-functional programs/projects through functional managers.
- Programs may include cultural change, regional planning, process improvement, change management, and quality initiatives. Primary duties may include but are not limited to: Plans program/project scope and design.
- Facilitates determination of required deliverables and validation of ROI. Establishes process to continually monitor program progress.
- Analyzes variance to program/project plan. Responsible for championing local Stakeholders and tactical decision-makers.
