Our client is a MNC that specialized in providing pipe and fittings system for the fire protection industry. They are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager for their PH business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect and visit Owners, Consultants and Contractors in order to promote Products/Systems for commercial and industrial application/projects
  • Pursue and obtain acceptance in specifications of Products/Systems by Owners, Consultants and Contractors
  • Ensure the promotion of Products in the territory by means of seminars, training, technical literature and technical support.
  • Manage local distributor and ensure proper information flow is available and maintained
  • Visit job sites and follow up the installation process/procedure by contractors, train contractor's personnel in usage and installation
  • Provide weekly reports on activities and marketing intelligence in the territory
  • Perform other duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5yrs professional sales experience in products/system solutions for the construction market
  • Based in Manila
  • Strong communication skills and professional appearance, high proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with the fire/piping business a plus or demonstrate the ability to quickly acquire the necessary knowledge and skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, aggressive, objective driven and results oriented
