We are looking for a proficient AppFolio Expert with specialized experience in Real Estate Property Management and/or accounting. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of AppFolio software, coupled with practical experience in managing properties and/or handling property accounting tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience utilizing AppFolio in Real Estate Property Management and/or accounting roles.
Strong understanding of property management workflows, including leasing, maintenance, rent collection, and tenant management.
Familiarity with real estate property accounting principles, such as CAM reconciliations, budgeting, and financial reporting.
