Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance to all HIV Screening-related Quality Assurance Protocol
• Secures, analyzes, and reports data to the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
• Ensures regular accomplishment reporting from all field staff for timely gathering of data
• Monitors each CBS outreach activities and evaluates whether targets set are reached
• Prepares a monthly report of all CBS outreach activities accomplishments
• Recommends strategies to improve the accomplishments of CBS outreach activities
• Coordinates the utilization of HIV Self Testing kits especially towards Differentiated Service Delivery such as PrEP refill
• Responsible for the QuickRes implementation and monitoring
• Responsible for the SSNT Implementation, monitoring, management, and expansion
• Monitors PrEP Reach and PrEP Enrollment to make sure that HIV non-reactive are offered or enrolled in PrEP
• Encode Lakan Community Center's HTS forms (CBS and Facility Based Testing only) on a weekly basis

Qualifications

• 2-year relevant experience( experienced in HIV program is advantage)
• College Graduate
• Proficiency in Power BI, Looker, Tableau or other data visualization tools
• Good Communication skills
• Pleasing Personality
• Eager to learn
