Position Title: Business Development Manager ( REAP-ISO)
Area: North Luzon
Job description:
Lead sales units, drive growth, achieve targets, explore alternative sales channels, and provide training and development to the sales team.
Specific Accountabilities:
Agency Support
- Develop markets for sales units and identify growth opportunities.
- Strengthen sales units through recruitment and support.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to improve sales strategies and productivity.
- Support in transforming sales units into full-blown NBOs.
- Manage performance and development of advisors and field managers.
- Cultivate strong relationships with the sales agency force and operations team.
- Identify and establish alternative sales channels.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with external partners for successful channel expansion.
- Negotiate agreements and coordinate joint marketing efforts.
- Develop training programs for sales teams in alternative channels.
- Conduct workshops, coaching sessions, or events for provincial advisors and clients.
- College graduate with 5-6 years of sales and management experience.
- Experience in sales force and alternative channel management.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizing skills.
- Competitive drive, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in presentations with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a team environment with minimal guidance.
