About the role
We're hiring sharp, sales-minded writers to manage inboxes on behalf of online creators. This is text-only work — no calls, no video, no camera. If you write fluent English, think fast, and like conversations that go somewhere, keep reading.
What you'll do
You'll be the voice behind a creator's inbox — building rapport with their subscribers, keeping conversations engaging, and turning attention into revenue. We train you on the platform, the scripts, and what actually works. Your job is to show up consistently, write well, and care about your numbers.

What we're looking for
- Fluent written English — this is non-negotiable, your writing is the job
- Fast, accurate typing and quick thinking when you have multiple chats open at once
- Emotional intelligence — reading tone, matching energy, building trust through text
- Reliability: showing up for your shifts and hitting targets week after week
- Previous experience in chat, sales, or creator-platform work is a plus but not required
