Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting In-Charge, located in Alabel. The Accounting In-Charge will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining general ledgers, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role also involves preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Additionally, the Accounting In-Charge will supervise and mentor junior accounting staff and collaborate with other departments to support overall business operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in similar position
• Expertise in accounts payable and receivable management, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting
• Experience in preparing financial statements and conducting financial analysis
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CPA or CAT is a plus
