About the role This is a full-time, office-based role with Stark BPO Services as a Call Center Representative providing chat support services for a leading travel account. The role is based in Angono, Rizal and offers a competitive salary package of up to 28,000 per month. What you'll be doing Respond to customer inquiries and requests via online chat, providing exceptional customer service Handle a high volume of chat conversations, responding to customers in a timely and efficient manner Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary Provide up-to-date information on products, services and policies Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions Work collaboratively with the wider team to continuously improve customer experience What we're looking for Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer enquiries Proficient in English, both written and verbal Familiar with using web-based platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems Passionate about providing outstanding customer service What we offer At Stark BPO Services, we are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment for our employees.
