Tech Assistant

Assist in developing an efficient workflow using the Go High Level platform to support the web/funnel design agency&aposs operations (Training provided)

Collaborate with the team to understand the agency&aposs requirements and identify areas for improvement in the existing processes

Optimise client onboarding processes to ensure smooth and efficient transitions from prospect to customer

Streamline our operations and enhance our client services

Other administrative tasks as needed

Experience and Proficiency

Good English communication skills (written and verbal)

Should have CRM management experience, preferably with Go High Level

Experience using Zapier is a huge plus

Should be well-versed in Google Suite and Microsoft 365
