We are looking for a highly skilled Xero Advisor / Accountant to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This role requires an experienced professional who is proficient in Xero and can start immediately.

✅ Manage financial records, reconciliations, and reporting in Xero

✅ Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies

✅ Process invoices, payroll, and other financial transactions

✅ Provide financial insights and support decision-making

✔️ Xero Advisor Certification (mandatory)

✔️ 3–5 years of hands-on experience using Xero

✔️ Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards and bookkeeping

✔️ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
